Assembled from scanned printed photographs only. We do not transfer VHS or video tape. Damaged photos can be restored first.

Timing: read this part first

A standard tribute video takes 3–4 weeks. With a confirmed service date and at least 7 business days' notice, we take rush jobs at a 50% surcharge. Once we commit to a delivery date, that date does not move.

With less than 3 business days' notice, we respectfully decline. A rushed tribute risks arriving late or falling short of the person it honours, and neither is acceptable at a funeral. If your timeframe is inside that window, call us anyway. We'll say so immediately and help you find another way so your family isn't left without support.

How it works

1 · Call or write	Tell us the service date first. We confirm within hours whether we can commit, and to what delivery date.
2 · Photos to us	Bring prints as they are, in albums, frames or envelopes. We scan everything at high resolution; originals are returned in full.
3 · We assemble	Ordering, timing and music chosen with you. A preview link comes before the final render.
4 · Delivery	MP4 by secure link plus USB, ready for the venue's screen. Payment is due on delivery.
