Quotes and pricing
Every job begins with a free, no-obligation quote. The price you approve is the price you pay — if anything changes once we see your collection in person, we confirm a revised quote with you before any work begins. Minimum job fee is $40. Rush jobs with 5–7 business days’ notice attract a 50% surcharge; tribute videos with under 3 business days’ notice are respectfully declined.
Care of your originals
Your originals are inventoried on arrival, handled with archival care, and returned to you at completion. Handling is in person within North West Sydney — originals are never posted overseas or passed to third parties. While we take exceptional care, photographs and film arrive in varying states of age and fragility; we cannot reverse pre-existing deterioration and will flag any at-risk items with you before working on them.
Delivery and storage
Digital files are delivered by secure download link, available for 30 days for standard jobs, 60 days for large collections, and 90 days for business clients. An archival copy is retained on professional storage in Australia as a courtesy backup unless you ask us to delete it.
Your content
You retain all rights to your photographs and footage. You warrant that you own or are authorised to reproduce the material you supply. We may only use before/after examples in our portfolio with your explicit written permission.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer (PayID) or card. Invoices are issued on completion and payable before delivery of final files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid for the affected job.
