What we collect
When you request a quote or engage us, we collect your name, contact details, and the photographs, slides or media you provide for digitisation. That's it — we don't collect anything we don't need to deliver the service.
How we use it
Your details are used to communicate with you and deliver the job. Your photographs are used solely to perform the service you've engaged us for. We never sell or share your information, and we never use your photographs in marketing or our portfolio without your explicit written permission.
Where your data lives
Digitised files are stored on professional archival storage located in Australia. Your photographs and personal information are not transferred overseas. Download links are private and expire automatically (30–90 days depending on the job).
Retention and deletion
We keep an archival copy of your digitised files as a courtesy backup so a lost drive never means lost memories. If you'd like it deleted, tell us and it's gone — verified and confirmed in writing.
Website
Our website is hosted by Webflow and collects only what you submit through the quote form. We don't run advertising trackers.

If you believe we've mishandled your information, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
