Common questions
Are my original photos safe?
Yes. Everything is handled in person within North West Sydney. Originals are never posted overseas or passed to strangers. Each collection is inventoried on arrival and returned to your hands.
What resolution do you scan at?
300–600 DPI depending on print size and what you plan to do with the scans, high enough to reprint, enlarge and restore. Light colour correction is included.
How do I receive my files?
By private, secure download link (30 days standard, 60 for large collections, 90 for business partners). We also keep an archival copy on professional Australian storage as a courtesy backup, deleted on request.
Do you transfer VHS or video tapes?
No. We specialise in photographs, slides, negatives and paper documents. Tribute videos are assembled from scanned photos only.
Can you handle sticky or magnetic albums?
Yes, carefully. Ageing album pages are among the most common jobs we see. If a print can't be removed safely we scan it in place and flag it with you.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (PayID) or card. Invoices are issued on completion with 7-day terms; tribute videos are due on delivery.
