How pricing works

$90 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments with a minimum of 15 minutes per photo. Most single-photo repairs finish between $22.50 and $90. Before any paid work, you get a free visual assessment: we tell you what's achievable, how long it will take, and the exact cost. No bill shock, and you approve every photo individually.

What we repair

Tears & creases	Rips, fold lines, missing corners rebuilt from surrounding detail.
Fading & colour loss	Contrast and tone recovered; colourisation of black-and-white prints on request.
Water & mould damage	Staining and blooming reduced or removed where the underlying image survives.
Scratches & spots	Surface wear, silvering and foxing cleaned up without plastic-smooth over-processing.

Our standard is honest restoration: the photograph as it was, not an AI reinvention of someone's face. Every restoration is reviewed and finished by hand.

Turnaround

Typically 2–3 weeks after the assessment is approved. Restoration pairs naturally with tribute videos where the only photos available are damaged ones.

Common questions

Will my original be altered?

Never. All repair happens digitally, on a high-resolution scan. The original comes back exactly as you gave it to us.

Can every photo be saved?

Honestly, no. Where the image itself is gone, we say so at the free assessment rather than charge you for a guess.

Do you colourise black and white photos?

On request, and clearly presented as an interpretation. Many families keep both versions.
