How it works

1 · Get a quote	Tell us roughly what you have. You get an exact price with no obligation.
2 · We collect	Drop off, or we collect in person across North West Sydney. Every item is inventoried on arrival.
3 · We digitise	Flatbed scanning at 300–600 DPI depending on print size, with light colour correction included.
4 · Download & keep	Your archive arrives by secure link, and your originals come back to you promptly.

What you receive

High-resolution files, consistently named and organised so you can actually find people again. Delivery by private download link (30 days standard, 60 for large collections), plus an archival copy kept on professional Australian storage as a courtesy backup. Originals are returned in full — by hand or tracked post — with a condition report.

Where we work

We digitise old photos for families across the Hills District and Hawkesbury — Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Bella Vista, Norwest, The Ponds, Quakers Hill, Blacktown, and out to Windsor, Richmond and Pitt Town. Drop-off and collection are in person: your photographs never leave North West Sydney.

Common questions

Can you scan photos still in albums?

Yes — including sticky magnetic albums from the 70s and 80s. If a print can't be removed safely, we scan it in place and flag it with you rather than risk damage.

How long will my job take?

Under 100 photos: 2–3 weeks. 100–500: 3–5 weeks. Larger collections are quoted individually with progress updates along the way.

What if some photos are damaged?

We'll flag them during scanning. Restoration is a separate service ($90/hour with a free assessment first) — you choose which photos are worth it. Photo restoration details →
